The University of Houston's College of Natural Sciences & Mathematics is dedicated to excellence in research and instruction in the physical and biological sciences, computer science, and mathematics. Our faculty members excel in making coursework come alive through their involvement in ongoing research projects by using modern instructional technology in the classroom.

Our six departments include Biology & Biochemistry, Chemistry, Computer Science, Geosciences, Mathematics, and Physics.
