Facilities

The College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics administrative, research, and teaching space occupies all or a significant portion of eight buildings on the University of Houston campus.

The most recent addition is the Science and Engineering Research and Classroom Complex. Designed by internationally renowned architect Cesar Pelli, it includes a 550-seat auditorium. The research wing features five floors that will house approximately 40 state-of-the art research labs and a high-tech clean room.

Currently, several of the college’s buildings are undergoing $57 million in renovations and expansion. These improvements will bring enhanced student services, and additional teaching, laboratory, and research space.
